As an HR Associate, you will play a key role in our recruitment efforts and assist with various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, managing the hiring process, and supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct background checks and verify references.
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and other HR functions as needed.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses to HR-related questions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

2. Be Wary of Requests for Personal Information:
We will never request sensitive personal information like your Social Security number, bank details, or payment for onboarding/equipment. If you encounter such requests, it's likely a scam.
3. Verify Contact Information:
Check that the contact information provided in the job posting, including email addresses and phone numbers, aligns with our official contact information. Scammers often use generic or non-company email addresses.
- What is the sender’s email address? Is it consistent with other job postings from this company? Email addresses that are slightly different from any business’s primary contact information (Jane.Doe@IntegraConnect.org vs John.Doe{{ config('app.name') }}.com) are a common warning sign.
- If you are contacted through LinkedIn, be sure to review the entire profile to verify their credentials.
