Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Operations - India - Dental Billing (USA Market) at Insight Clinical. As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the dental billing operations for the USA market.

You will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the billing process, manage a team of billing professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing processes and improve revenue cycle management. A key part of your role will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing and claims processing.

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in a leadership role within the dental billing industry, with a focus on the USA market
  2. In-depth knowledge of dental billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  3. Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and the ability to analyze and optimize billing processes
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, payers, and internal teams
  5. Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence
  6. Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and implement best practices
